Love And Marriage – The Agency Version
Our agency, DK New Media, has been around for over 5 years now and recently announced a change of trajectory. Last year, we really ramped up our staff and subsequently took on a lot of difficult clients that almost led to our demise.
We’ve built some incredible relationships with amazing clients – most of which have been with us for several years. We love them and hope that they love us – it’s not just a paycheck, it’s our passion. Nothing makes us happier than seeing our clients succeed, and nothing is more frustrating than when the relationship goes awry.
I spend much more time now working with prospects to ensure we’re both committed to a great marriage and both are seeking a loving relationship. I want to avoid getting into a troubled relationship at all costs – regardless of the size of the engagement. Bad relationships don’t just hurt the client involved – it can have a debilitating impact on all your clients as your time and energy are exhausted trying to salvage the troubled engagement. If we can identify some troubling client characteristics in the sales process, it can save us all a lot of heartache down the road.
We wanted have some fun and put some light on these dark times… so this infographic lists some examples of the types of relationships we’ve, unfortunately, had to walk away from! Introducing Love and Marriage – The Agency Version.
