The Snow Plow Art Show

Every once in a while, you get a nice surprise working on the 6th floor on the Circle in Indy. Today it was a snow plow art show. It appears kids decorated some snow plows on the Indy transportation department trucks. They are currently filling up the circle with the trucks. Too cool!
