Bad Boss
I’ve written a lot in the past about Management. I currently work with a fantastic employer with very talented people. No doubt, it’s the key to the business’ success. I was just offered and accepted a promotion to Product Manager. It’s a new position with a lot of responsibilities but even more opportunities! I can’t wait to get started.
I’ve often commented on the responsibility of managers in an organization. If the ship is going down, it’s ultimately the Captain’s fault. Here’s a note that I just read on the topic:
